Artist's Description
Original acrylic painting from Prescott forest wildfire on 24" x 30" x 2" gallery wrapped canvas.
The firefighters, knows as the Granite Mountain Hotsats, died on June 30 fighting wildfires in Arizona. The fire was started by lightening strike , rapidly spread from one-half acre to several hundreds and destroyed more than 100 structures . It took the life of 19 hotshots before it was contained.
